Inspection of proposed model by-law

In force

The Minister must ensure that the proposed model by-law—

(a)

is available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Department during ordinary business hours; and

(b)

is able to be inspected, free of charge, by means of electronic communication at the electronic address of the Department.
