Inspection of proposed by-law

In force

The Authority must ensure that the proposed by‑law—

(a)

is available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Authority during ordinary business hours; and

(b)

is able to be inspected by means of electronic communication at the electronic address of the Authority.
