Inspection of by-laws

Current

(1)

An Authority must ensure that a copy of any by‑law made by it—

(a)

is available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Authority during ordinary business hours; and

(b)

is able to be inspected, free of charge, by means of electronic communication at the electronic address of the Authority.

(2)

An Authority must ensure that any by-law made by it is able to be purchased, on demand, at the offices of the Authority during ordinary business hours.
