313 Licences may be revoked or suspended
(1)
If in the opinion of the Drillers' Licensing Board the licensee has—
(a)
contravened any provision of Part 5 or the regulations made for the purposes of that Part; or
S. 313(1)(b) amended by No. 5/2002 s. 54(a).
(b)
used a method of drilling or bore construction not endorsed on the licence; or
S. 313(1)(c) inserted by No. 5/2002 s. 54(b).
(c)
contravened a condition of a licence issued under section 67—
the Board may, by written notice served on the licensee, revoke the driller's licence or suspend it for the period specified in the notice.
(2)
A notice served under subsection (1) must specify the reasons for the revocation or suspension.
