33DM Staff
(1)
The Water Holder may employ any staff that are necessary for the Water Holder to perform its functions, powers or duties under this Act under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004.
(2)
The Water Holder may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 or by an Authority or other public entity.
