Ministerial consideration of application

In force

In considering an application under section 59A that relates to a licence issued under section 51(1), the Minister—

(a)

must have regard to any matter referred to in section 53(1)(a) to 53(1)(b); and

(b)

must give effect to the matters referred to in section 53(2); and

(c)

may have regard to any other matter that the Minister thinks fit.
