64AD Particular conditions on water-use licences
The Minister may impose any particular conditions on a water-use licence that the Minister thinks fit as to the following matters—
(a)
the meeting of water-use objectives that apply in the area in which the land that is specified in the licence is situated; and
(b)
specifying the annual use limit on the licence.
