64AI Form of applications for variation
An application under this Division must—
be in a form approved by the Minister; and
contain any prescribed particulars; and

be accompanied by any prescribed documents or prescribed information or information or documents required by the Minister; and
S. 64AI(1)(d) substituted by No. 85/2006 s. 42.
be accompanied by the fee determined by the Minister.
The powers of the Minister in relation to applications for licences apply in respect of an application for variation of a licence under this Division as if it were an application for a water-use licence.
The Minister must notify an applicant under this section of his or her decision on the application.
