64AR Applications for water-use registrations
S. 64AR(1) amended by No. 50/2010 s. 26.
An owner or occupier of land may apply for a water-use registration to authorise the use of water for purposes other than irrigation on that land.
An application for a water use registration must—
be in the form and made in the manner approved by the Minister; and
contain any prescribed particulars; and
be accompanied by any documents or information required by the Minister; and

be accompanied by the fee determined by the Minister.
