64EA Notification of determination
(1)
As soon as possible after making a determination under section 64A(2)(b) or 64C(2)(b), the Minister must give written notice of the determination to the person to whom the determination applies.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) must set out—
(a)
the terms of the determination; and
(b)
the amount of water that the Minister has determined has been taken in contravention of the Act; and
(c)
the place from which the Minister has determined the water has been taken; and
(d)
the effect of section 64EC; and
(e)
the current or future rights that it is proposed the determination applies to.
