64FZG Publication and period of operation of determinations
A determination under this Subdivision must be in writing and must be published—
on the Internet sites of the Department and the Authority responsible for the area to which the determination applies; and
in the Government Gazette.
A determination under this Subdivision comes into operation on the day specified in the determination which must be after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
A determination under this Subdivision—
remains in operation until it is revoked; and
must be revoked in the same manner as that in which it is made.
