64X Notification and effect of determinations as to objectives
A determination under this Division—
(a)
must specify the day on which it comes into force; and
S. 64X(b) amended by No. 32/2010 s. 48.
(b)
must be published in a newspaper circulating generally in the part of the State to which the objectives apply.
