67B Bodies must consider application
Within 30 days after receipt of an application referred to a body under section 67A, the body—
must consider the application; and
may advise the Minister in writing that—
it does not object to the issue of a licence; or
it does not object if the licence is issued subject to the conditions specified by the body; or
it objects to the issue of the licence on any specified ground; and
may give to the Minister its comments on the application.
If a body makes no response to the Minister within 30 days after receipt of an application referred to it under section 67A, the Minister may proceed to determine the application.
