Water Act 1989

The holder of a levee maintenance permit may apply to the Minister for the variation or removal of a condition (other than a prescribed condition) to which the permit is subject.

An application must—

be made in a form and manner approved by the Minister; and

contain any information that is required by the Minister; and

be accompanied by—

any application fee fixed by the Minister; and

the written consent of any lessee of—

the land on which the levee is located; and

the land over which access is required by the applicant who is likely to be affected by the variation or removal of the condition.
