84V What is recorded in the water register about works licences?
The Minister must ensure that the following details are recorded in the water register in relation to a works licence under section 67(1)—
the name and address of the holder of the licence; and
a description of the land specified in the licence; and
a description of the works; and
the conditions to which the licence is subject; and
the period specified in the licence; and
any other information that the Minister considers necessary; and
any other prescribed matters.
