32 Meaning of applicable WELS standard
(1)
The applicable WELS standard for a WELS product that is registered is the WELS standard under which the product is registered.
(2)
The applicable WELS standard for a WELS product that is not registered is the WELS standard included in the most recent determination made under section 18(1) of the Commonwealth Act that relates to products of that kind.
