35 Minimum water efficiency—products required to be registered
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person supplies a WELS product; and
(b)
the applicable WELS standard requires the product—
(i)
to be registered for the purposes of the supply; and
(ii)
to comply with minimum water efficiency requirements for the purposes of the supply; and
(c)
the product does not comply with those minimum water efficiency requirements.
- 60 penalty units.
