Credits to the WELS Account

In force

(1)

Amounts equal to money received by the State—

(a)

in respect of fines, infringement penalties or undertakings given under section 42; or

(b)

under Division 2 of this Part—

must be paid to the Commonwealth for crediting to the WELS Account.

(2)

The Consolidated Fund is appropriated to the necessary extent to enable amounts to be paid to the Commonwealth in accordance with subsection (1).

Note

This section differs from section 65 of the Commonwealth Act.
