147 Powers of authorised officers
(1)
For the purposes of this Part and section 184(2) and (3), each authorised officer has the same powers as an authorised officer has under section 31 of the Land Act 1958.
(2)
Subsection (1) has effect as if any reference in section 31 of the Land Act 1958 to regulations made under the Land Act 1958 or section 13 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 were a reference to regulations made under this Part or section 184(2) and (3).
