1 Objectives
The objectives of these Regulations are—
(a)
to enable the closure of regulated waterways land for the purposes of an organised activity or for safety reasons; and
(b)
to regulate organised activities occurring on regulated waterways land; and
(c)
to regulate the berthing and mooring of vessels on regulated waterways land.
