1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe—
(a)
the circumstances in which the Minister can make a prohibition determination under section 64FZE of the Act; and
(b)
the grounds for suspension or cancellation of a works licence under section 74AB(1)(b) of the Act; and
(c)
any related matter.
