29 Offence to enter a temporarily closed recreational area
(1)
A person must not enter or remain in a recreational area, or part of a recreational area, that is subject to a temporary closure determination unless the person has express permission to enter or remain in the area.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
The managing Authority for a recreational area that is subject to a temporary closure determination may issue a permit to a person to enter and remain in the area.
