90 Sinking and salvaging objects on water
(1)
A person must not sink or scuttle any vessel, jetty or pontoon in a recreational area unless permitted to do so under subregulation (3).
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not carry out the salvage of any sunken vessel, jetty or pontoon in a recreational area unless permitted to do so under subregulation (3).
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3)
A person may sink or scuttle a vessel, jetty or pontoon, or carry out the salvage of a sunken vessel, jetty or pontoon, in a recreational area if the person has express permission to do so.
