1 Purposes
The purposes of this Act are—
(a)
to revoke in part the permanent and temporary reservations of lands at Werribee South; and
(b)
to reserve those and neighbouring lands for recreation and tourism; and
(c)
to authorise the granting of long-term leases for marina development over those reserved lands.
