4 Objects of Act
The objects of this Act are to authorise and facilitate—
(a)
the operation and management of the West Gate Tunnel tollway; and
(b)
the tolling of the use of vehicles on the West Gate Tunnel tollway by the West Gate Tunnel Corporation.
