81A Variation of permits
S. 81A(1) amended by No. 3/2002 s. 13(a).
Upon application made in writing and upon payment of any prescribed fee, the Secretary may vary any permit granted under section 78(1)(d) in any respect and as from the date of the variation the permit is deemed to have been granted as so varied.

If the Secretary is of the opinion that a permit granted under section 78(1)(d) should be varied, the Secretary may vary the permit.
The variation of a permit under subsection (2) has effect upon the Secretary giving notice of the variation to the holder of the permit.
