Conditions of permits under this Division

Current

A permit granted under this Division is subject to—

(a)

any conditions, determined by the Secretary, that are specified or referred to in the permit; and

(b)

any conditions that are prescribed by regulations made under section 85A for permits of the category to which the permit belongs.
