Hog Deer not to be removed until tag is attached

(1)

A person who kills any Hog Deer must not remove the Hog Deer from where it has been killed unless a Hog Deer tag is attached to one of its hind legs in accordance with regulation 65.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2)

Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person who is—

(a)

carrying out an activity in accordance with an Order made under section 7A of the Act; or

(b)

carrying out an activity in accordance with an authorisation given under section 28A of the Act; or

(c)

carrying out an activity in accordance with an authorisation order.
