6 Exemptions
These Regulations do not apply to—
(a)
a zoological park within the meaning of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995; or
(b)
a person acting in accordance with a licence or authorisation issued under the Act at a premises in respect of which the licence or authorisation has been issued.
