10 Paramount consideration—NDIS clearances and checks
When the Regulator or VCAT makes a decision or takes an action under this Act in relation to an applicant for an NDIS check or a holder of an NDIS clearance, the health, safety and well-being of persons with a disability and in particular, the protection of persons with a disability from abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation must be the paramount consideration.
