155 Interim negative notices taken to be interim WWC exclusions
(1)
If, immediately before the commencement day, a person has been given an interim negative notice, on and from the commencement day that person is taken to have been given—
(a)
in the case of an interim negative notice given under section 16(1)(b) of the Working with Children Act 2005, an interim WWC exclusion under section 66; or
(b)
in the case of an interim negative notice given under section 21AE(1)(b) of the Working with Children Act 2005, an interim WWC exclusion under section 88.
