175 Person responding to enquiry or request before commencement day
Despite the substitution of section 143 by section 102 of the Social Services Regulation Amendment (Child Safety, Complaints and Worker Regulation) Act 2025, on and from the commencement day, section 143 as in force immediately before that day continues to apply to a person who responded to an enquiry or a request for advice or information from the Secretary under section 18, 40, 58, 81, 97, 104, 109 or 142 (as in force at that time) before the commencement day.
