32 Notice to applicant for NDIS check of outcome of application

The Regulator must notify an applicant for an NDIS check in writing whether the applicant has been given an NDIS clearance or an NDIS exclusion.

If the Regulator has given an NDIS exclusion to the applicant, the notice under subsection (1) must—
state the reasons for the decision to give the NDIS exclusion on the application; and
inform the applicant that the applicant may apply for internal review of the decision to give the NDIS exclusion and that, following internal review, the applicant may apply to VCAT.
