7A Meaning of child safety risk information
(1)
In this Act—
child safety risk information means any information that is relevant to assessing a risk to the safety of a child but does not include a relevant disciplinary or regulatory finding.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), information that is relevant to assessing a risk to the safety of a child includes the following—
(a)
reportable allegations within the meaning of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005;
(b)
criminal intelligence;
(c)
child protection information, including child protection reports.
