Time for conducting internal review

(1)

The Regulator must ensure that an internal review is completed within 28 days after the application is made, unless that time period is earlier extended by the Regulator.

If the Regulator extends the time for completing an internal review, the Regulator must notify the applicant in writing and specify the extended period and the reasons for the extension.
