These Regulations (other than Part 3) are taken to have come into operation on 9 February 2026.

(2)

Part 3 comes into operation on the day on which section 120 of the Social Services Regulation Amendment (Child Safety, Complaints and Worker Regulation) Act 2025 comes into operation.
