Payments out of the Fund

In force

There shall be paid out of the Fund—

(a)

the amount of any costs and expenses incurred in the administration of this Part including the exercise of any power under section 117;

(b)

the amount of any refund due under this Part; and

(c)

any other moneys which this Act authorizes to be paid out of the Fund.
