5 Employers' liability
If in any employment personal injury arising out of or in the course of the employment is caused to a worker his employer shall subject as hereinafter mentioned be liable to pay compensation in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

If personal injury deemed under section 8(2)(b)(v) to arise out of or in the course of the employment is caused to a worker who has a contract of employment with more than one employer, his employers shall be liable to pay compensation in equal shares in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
