72B Termination of policies
Subject to section 72A, the enactment of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 does not affect or limit any right, whether under a policy of insurance or indemnity or otherwise—
(a)
of an employer to recover from an insurer the whole or any part of a premium or other amount paid in respect of a period of insurance commencing before and ending after the appointed day; or
(b)
of an insurer to collect or recover from an employer the whole or any part of a premium or other amount payable in respect of a period of insurance ending on or before the appointed day.
