1 Purposes
The purposes of this Act are—
S. 1(a) repealed by No. 35/2025 s. 4(1).

S. 1(b) amended by No. 35/2025 s. 4(2).
(b)
to establish the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria; and
S. 1(c) amended by No. 35/2025 s. 4(3).
(c)
to provide for the functions and powers of the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria; and
(d)
to make consequential amendments of other Acts.
