S. 24AJ inserted by No. 60/2003 s. 3.
Despite anything to the contrary in Part IV, a defendant against whom judgment is given under this Part as a concurrent wrongdoer in relation to an apportionable claim—
(a)
cannot be required to contribute to the damages recovered or recoverable from another concurrent wrongdoer in the same proceeding for the apportionable claim; and
(b)
cannot be required to indemnify any such wrongdoer.
