93B Definitions

In this Part—
abuse has the same meaning as in section 88;
child has the same meaning as in section 88;
institution means—
(a)
a relevant organisation within the meaning of section 88;
(b)
the State;
physical abuse has the same meaning as in section 88;
sexual abuse has the same meaning as in section 88.
