Provision
Preamble
WHEREAS the land delineated and shown hatched on the plan in the Schedule is part of certain land in the Parish of Bunguluke permanently reserved by Order in Council dated the 17th day of January, 1928 as a site for public recreation:
AND WHEREAS a committee of management has been appointed to manage and control the land delineated and shown hatched on the plan in the Schedule pursuant to section 221 of the Land Act 1958:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient-
to authorize the persons who are for the time being the committee of management to grant leases of the whole or any part of the land delineated and shown hatched on the plan in the Schedule for the purpose of sport or recreation or social activities connected therewith; and
to make other provision as hereinafter enacted:
