Part 23.12Amendment of Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act
1010 Definitions
In section 3(1) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997—
(a)
insert the following definition—
"youth justice custodial centre has the same meaning as in the Youth Justice Act 2024.";
(b)
the definitions of youth justice centre and youth residential centre are repealed.
