1037 Amendment of definitions
(1)
In section 317AB(1) of the Crimes Act 1958, in the definition of youth justice custodial worker, for "section 10AA(8) of the Sentencing Act 1991" substitute "the Youth Justice Act 2024".
(2)
In section 506(1) of the Crimes Act 1958, in the definition of child, for "Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Youth Justice Act 2024".
