1083 Definitions
(1)
In section 3(1) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989—
(a)
insert the following definition—
"youth justice custodial centre has the same meaning as in the Youth Justice Act 2024.";
(b)
in the definition of process, after "justice" insert "custodial";
(c)
the definitions of Department, Secretary and youth justice centre are repealed.
(2)
Section 3(2) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 is repealed.
