1102 Powers of entry
(1)
For section 297(2)(b) of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 substitute—
"(b) in the case of a custodial setting that is a youth justice custodial centre—the Commissioner for Youth Justice;".
(2)
For section 297(3)(b) of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 substitute—
"(b) in the case of a custodial setting that is a youth justice custodial centre—the Commissioner for Youth Justice;".
