(1)
In section 91(1)(a), (d) and (e) of the North East Link Act 2020, for "Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Chapter 17 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
(2)
In section 91(3) of the North East Link Act 2020, for "Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Chapter 17 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
