Application and modification of Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005

In the heading to section 89F of the Road Safety Act 1986, for "Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Chapter 17 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".

(2)

In section 89F(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986—

(a)

for "Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "the Youth Justice Act 2024";

(b)

for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

"(a) section 725(2)(g) and (i);

(b)

section 738(1)(a) and (b).".

(3)

In section 89F(2) of the Road Safety Act 1986, for "Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Chapter 17 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
