Court may reopen proceeding to correct penalties imposed contrary to law

In section 104B(7) of the Sentencing Act 1991, in the definition of impose a penalty—

(a)

in paragraph (b)(v), for "youth justice centre order;" substitute "youth justice custodial order; and";

(b)

paragraph (b)(vi) is repealed.
